Suggest order quantities
BNC CataList allows users to suggest order quantities for specific accounts using the Custom Catalogue feature. Suggested orders are displayed to all custom catalogue recipients when they view the catalogue using the catalogue grid view or title detail page options.

Suggesting order quantities
When you are using the title detail page and catalogue scrolling view, you can enter suggested order quantities in the Suggested Qty text box. If you choose to display the Suggested Order column in the catalogue grid view, you can enter quantities in the Sugg. Order text box as well.
Order quantities are saved automatically as you work through catalogues. CataList displays a checkmark when your changes have been successfully saved.
Suggest order quantities on the title detail page:
Click on the title you wish to suggest an order quantity.
Expand the Orders section.
Enter the quantity you want to suggest into the Suggested Qty text box.
The suggested order quantity is saved automatically.
Suggest order quantities in the catalogue scrolling view:
In a custom catalogue, click Scrolling view.
Enter the quantity you want to suggest into the Suggested Qty text box.
The suggested order quantity is saved automatically.
Suggest order quantities in the catalogue grid view:
In a custom catalogue, click Grid view.
If necessary, customize your columns to display the Sugg. Order column. (Learn more about customizing your grid views).
Enter the quantity you want to suggest into the Sugg. Order text box.
The suggested order quantity is saved automatically.
Copying or moving suggested order quantities
When you are using the catalogue’s thumbnail view, scrolling view, or grid view, you can copy or move the title’s suggested order quantity, with the title, to a custom catalogue.
Only users who have access to edit the catalogue can move the title to another custom catalogue.
Copy suggested order quantities from a custom catalogue view:
Click the title’s Copy button.
If you would like to copy multiple titles, select those titles using the checkboxes and click Copy in the floating menu.
In the catalogue panel, select the “Include suggested orders with copied titles” checkbox.
Create a new custom catalogue for your titles, or choose an existing one from the list provided in the panel.
Click Copy.
Your titles and suggested order quantities are copied to your selected catalogue.
If you have editing access to a custom catalogue, you can follow the same steps to move the titles and the suggested order quantities into another custom catalogue.
