Week by Week Report Results
When the week by week report results are returned, there are several ways you can orient yourself to the page, navigate, and manipulate the view of the data to review the results.
Results Page Header
There are a number of elements that make up the header of every Week by Week Report results page.
Bibliographic Information
The top of the report gives you all the information on the titles in the ISBN cluster you selected, including details like: contributors, publisher, pub date, and languages.
Clicking the info button to the left of any ISBN will bring up a pop-up with more detailed information such as item status, product form, BISAC subject category, volume, edition, languages, illustrations, and awards. Details are supplied only if they are available in the title's bibliographic record.
The awards data is curated by R.R. Bowker Books In Print, a division of ProQuest. To request the addition of a Canadian award to the R.R. Bowker data, please contact librarydata@booknetcanada.ca.

Dropdown Options
You will automatically be shown Lifetime results in your Week by Week Book Activity Report but you can select specific time periods from the drop-down menu, which will update the data displayed in the graph.
You also have the option to add or edit which library aggregates the data is being displayed for. Note that for the Week by Week report you can only select one aggregate at a time. To view Book Activity data across multiple aggregates, click on the button on the far left to switch to the Multi-Library report.
Graph Functions
You'll notice that the graph has the same functions as the homepage graphs do - with guides and data points flashing onscreen as you hover over it with your mouse. When a Week by Week Book Activity Report is generated, a graph displaying the Loans, Holds, Renewals, Copies, Copies Out, and Copies on Order appears in the results page. To hide views click on the corresponding colour-coded buttons above the graph; the buttons for views currently being hidden will be greyed out.
To see the specific numbers for each week's end date, drag your cursor over the graph to activate the pop-up windows. To hide the chart, click the arrow next to Charted Results located near the left-hand side of the chart.
Table View
Data about the title you searched for will also appear in the form of a report table.
By default, Week by Week reports are sorted by week, with the most recent week of data in the top row. Columns include: week ending, loans, holds, holds:copies ratio, copies out, copies, copies on order, branches reporting, and All Market ISBN Cluster Sales.
