Lower Age, Upper Age, and Audience Columns on ALL Title-Level Reports

Often requested, and now delivered! You can now add optional Lower Age, Upper Age, and Audience columns to the following reports:

• Bestseller

• Multi-ISBN

• Gap Analysis

• Popular Books

• Collection Gaps

• Bestseller Circ

To add any of these new columns, open the Customize Columns dialog in the report results screen, and check the checkbox to add it.

You can also find this information when viewing a title’s Full Bibliographic Data details on the following reports:

• Single ISBN

• Book Activity

Reporting Lower Age & Upper Age Bibliographic Errors

If you notice that a title has incorrect age data please let us know! You can now report bibliographic errors for both Lower Age and Upper Age when clicking Report Bibliographic Errors on the Single ISBN report page results.

Once you have made your changes and hit send, your bibliographic data correction will be submitted to SalesData's bibliographic team for review. We will follow up with Bowker Books In Print to ensure the corrections are handled appropriately, or contact you if we need more information.

Download Only Option for (Some) Custom Reporting Periods

To ensure you have a smooth experience when pulling reports with us, we’ve enforced a download only option when pulling reports with a Custom reporting period that spans 208 weeks or more. This applies to the following reports only:

• Bestseller

• Gap Analysis

• Collection Gaps

• Bestseller Circ

This means you will no longer be able to pull these reports in the UI but will have to download them directly to your computer from the Report Criteria page by clicking “Download/Email Now”.
