Once you've contacted us to set up an account, you will receive a welcome email from us with your username and password details shortly thereafter.

If you can’t find the email, first check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, do not worry. Send us an email and we will be able to provide you with your account credentials. If at any point you lose the password or, cannot remember it contact us and we will help you access your account.
