How long until my request has been approved?

The bibliographic data for my title isn't correct. What should I do?
Bibliographic data can be corrected through SalesData. Log in to SalesData [LINK], search the ISBN, and click "Report bibliographic errors". You can submit a correction here and we will follow up with the publisher. Learn more about reporting bibliographic errors here.

Why can’t I include an ISBN with a past publishing date?

How will I know I successfully submitted my request?
After clicking Submit, an “ISBN Merge Request Submitted” pop-up message will appear on your screen, confirming that a request was successfully submitted.
You will also receive an email with the subject line “New ISBN Merge Request Submitted”. The email will include a list of the submitted ISBNs in the request as well as a link to view the Merge Request in the tool.
How can I make a change to a submitted Merge Request?
You cannot make a change to a submitted Merge Request. Instead, you will have to delete the existing approved Merge by clicking “View/Edit” on the View Merge Requests page, and then clicking “Delete”. After the request has been deleted, you can then resubmit it with the new ISBN grouping.
