Responsive pages and locked elements

We've set up the new version of CataList to respond to your screen size and make the most of your available viewing space. We've optimized the page displays for tablet users, and in portrait orientation we've added a locked footer with quick-access navigation buttons.

For all users we've pinned the elements that you need to access most often, like publisher logos for one-click access back to a publisher's page, catalogue navigation buttons, order creation tools and global navigation.

Home Page redesign

We've redesigned the CataList home page to put more useful information at your fingertips, including more a intuitive, filterable publisher list, an overview of current releases, one-click reports for forthcoming titles by month and your recently viewed catalogues.

Publishers - Click the tab with your publisher name to limit New Releases, Newest Catalogue and forthcoming title reports to only your company's own titles and catalogues.

Set a preferred catalogue view

Always want to see the scroll view without having to get there from the thumbnail view first? Set it as your default view on My Page!

The preferred view will be used whenever you load a catalogue from home page, my page or publisher page.

Read more on how to set your preference.

Updated title detail page

We've updated all of the catalogue views, but there are some of the most obvious changes on the title detail page! We've reorganized the page to put the most important information where you can see it. We've moved notes further up the page, expanded the biblio data content for comparable titles, added a more prominent area to call out interior images and video, and added support for a Key Selling Points section.

See full details about the Title Detail page.

More social media buttons

We've added a few more social media follow buttons!  So go to your Settings page and add follow links for your Instagram and Pinterest accounts!

Catalogue cover fallback

No time to make up a catalogue cover for your seasonal catalogue? If you have a book cover image for the first item in the catalogue CataList will fall back to displaying that image instead.

Retailers who provide data into SalesData can also see additional summary data points on the title detail page.

In the Comparable Titles table, CataList displays the first 13-weeks total sales for your own store (or your account's ALL for multi-location retailers) as well as the lifetime numbers.
