You can go back and review your Merge Requests at any time by clicking “View Merge Request” in the Navigation Bar. This page provides a complete history of your Merge Requests, whether they be Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
From here, if you would like to review a specific request, click “View/Delete” in the “Actions” column of the Merge Requests table.

This will bring you to the View/Delete Merge Request page of the Media Bestseller List Tool, as shown below.
Note that once a Merge Request has been submitted, you will not be able to make any changes to your request. Instead, please delete the approved merge and resubmit it with the new ISBN grouping.

(1) Status
The Status of your Merge Request. There are 3 possible statuses: Approved, Rejected, or Pending. Please note that your request will stay in Pending until it has been actioned on by an Admin from the BookNet Canada SalesData team.

(2) Merge Request Table
All the ISBNs included in your Merge Request, as well as their basic bibliographic information. If there are any warnings or errors present, they will show up under the “Validation” column.
(3) Exclusive Retailers
Any notes you left indicating Retailer Exclusive Edition ISBNs upon submitting your request.
(4) Notes
Any other notes you left upon submitting your request.
(5) Delete
Clicking this option will allow you to delete your submitted Merge Request.
