Single ISBN: Market-Specific Columns

If a retailer has given their permission for your account to see your titles in their data, you are able to examine that data through market or peer views. Certain columns will appear only in special circumstances. If the following columns do not automatically appear on the table, but you have been given peer view access, click Customize Columns and check off the ones you want to see in the pop-up window that appears.

% Sell-Through

The % Sell-Through column displays only if the selected market is associated with a single retailer and that retailer supplies BookNet with on hand (OH) and on order (OO) data. This column shows the rate at which the title is selling, using the formula Units Sold/On Hand Inventory. 

Stores Reporting

The Stores Reporting column displays only if the selected market is not an Indigo market. This column shows the number of stores that have reported either units sold, on hand, or on order numbers for the selected ISBN 

Indigo Columns

The following columns display only if an Indigo market is selected. They display in addition to the basic columns.

  • SF Sold: The number of units sold in Indigo small format stores for the corresponding week.
  • LF Sold: The number of units sold in Indigo large format stores for the corresponding week.
  • DC OH: The number of units on hand in Indigo distribution centres for the corresponding week.
  • DC OO: The number of units on order in Indigo distribution centres for the corresponding week.
  • SF OH: The number of units on hand in Indigo small format stores for the corresponding week.
  • SF OO: The number of units on order in Indigo small format stores for the corresponding week.
  • LF OH: The number of units on hand in Indigo large format stores for the corresponding week.
  • LF OO: The number of units on order in Indigo large format stores for the corresponding week.
  • Weeks of Supply in Market: The weeks of supply left on hand calculated as Current OH / AvgSales over past 6 weeks.
  • Stores Selling: The number of stores that have reported sales of the ISBN during the corresponding week; does not include OH or OO.
  • Stores Stocking: The number of stores reporting OH during the corresponding week.
  • Stores Listing: The number of stores that have OH or have had OH in the past (even if current OH is 0).
