BNC Catalist allows users to suggest order quantities for specific accounts using the Custom Catalogue feature. Suggested orders are displayed to all custom catalogue recipients when they view the catalogue using the Catalogue List View or Title Detail Page options.

How to Add or Edit Suggested Order Quantities on the Title Detail Page
- Orders can be found on the right side of the page.
- Enter the order quantity you want to suggest.
- Order quantities will save automatically as you work through catalogues.
- CataList displays a checkmark when your changes have been successfully saved.

- Select the Scroll View icon.

If you have the suggested orders column in your grid set-up, you can add suggested orders in grid view. Find out more about setting up your company's grid view.
- Select the Grid View icon.
- Show/hide columns to filter information.
- Enter the suggested order quantities.
- Order quantities will save automatically as you work through catalogues.
- CataList displays a checkmark when your changes have been successfully saved.
