Step 1

Go to your Title Detail page in Webform and click on the Prize & Promotion tab.

Step 2

On the right you will see a free text field labelled Promotion campaign. This is where you can enter a title’s Marketing plans to appear in the Title Detail page on CataList.

Step 3

Enter your promotional/marketing plans for your title here. This is a free text field where HTML formatting is allowed. Keep your HTML formatting clean and simple.

If your book has won prizes and the information has been sent to and processed by BiblioShare it will appear above the title’s Description tab.

Step 1

Go to your Title Detail page in Webform and click on the Prize & Promotion tab.

Step 2

Click the Add button to add a Prize entry. You will now be able to enter Prize(s) - Name, Year, Country and Code.

Step 3

Enter the information in their respective fields. If you are uncertain about Prize Code then click on the field to expose the dropdown menu.

Step 4

Repeat steps 1 to 3 to add information on additional prizes.

In CataList you can find the Promotion contact information within the Marketing tab on the Title Detail page. Print Run, when provided, appears right underneath the Publishing Date date next to the cover.

In Webform you can enter both Promotion contact and Initial Print Run information within the same Marketing tab.

Step 1

Go to your Title Detail page on Webform and click on the Marketing tab.

Step 2

Click on the Promotion tab to see free text fields to enter your Promotion Contact, Print Run and Promotion Campaign

Step 3

Enter your Promotion contact and Print Run in their respective fields. Only enter numbers in the Initial Print Run field.
