Most FTP software defaults to allow "simple" un-encrypted file transfer, but in February 2015 Filezilla – the most commonly used FTP client – updated itself to use an encryption setting as it's default – including updating "Site Manager" accounts to their new default.  This means companies trying to sign in using "Quickconnect" or their now changed "Site Manager" account try to sign in and get failure messages.   

It's easily fixed.   If you normally use "Quickconnect" you'll need to set up BiblioShare account in the the "Site Manager":
