1. Publisher Catalogue dropdown
It's possible for you to have access to multiple catalogues if you have been given access to edit ONIX records for multiple publishers. The 'Catalogue' drop-down list will show the publisher(s) whose titles you have access to edit. Select an option from that list to see and edit the titles associated with that catalogue.
2. View List
The view list allows you to select data and asset fields by which your catalogue can be arranged. This is useful if you have a lot of titles/records in webform.
3. Search function
Click the search field to 'Search by fulltext.' This function is useful if you have a number of titles listed in your catalogue.

You can look for a title by either full or partial title name, ISBN, contributor name, subject code, imprint name, and other bibliographic data. |
4. Actions dropdown
Various actions can be applied to your catalogue or selected titles through the actions drop-down list. This is where you can ‘Export titles to BiblioShare', ‘Import/Export ONIX’, 'Generate Reports,’ and more. [insert link to Actions page]
5. Advanced Search
Advanced Search allows you to search your entire catalogue the titles/records by metadata fields. You can also save your searches. Click [insert link] to view learn more about the Advanced Search features.
6. Add New Title
Add New Title button allows you to start the process of adding a title. Click here to learn more about Add New Titles feature.
7. Refresh Product List
Refresh Product List allows you to refresh your product list. Useful after importing titles/records and/or their assets.
8. Index
Index button reveals the alphabetical index list, choosing a specific letter will return all titles starting with that letter on your Catalogue Manager page.
9. ONIX Validation Status
ONIX Validation bar reveals the validation status of your titles/records.
10. Info, Edit, Delete and Duplicate
Info button gives a quick look at your title and its data.
Edit button allows you to edit the title/record.
Delete button will delete titles.
Duplicate button allows you to duplicate a title’s metadata.

Duplicating title data is useful while creating metadata for different formats of the same book. Please note each title/record in your catalogue will have to be listed with their unique ISBN. You can leave the ISBN field blank if you do not have it at the moment of creating your entry. |
11. Change Password
Change my password will open a pop up window with options to set a new password.
12. Leave a Comment
Comment button allows you to send a comment to our team about your experience or asking for help to troubleshoot.
13. File Upload Status, Notifications, Help Manual, Language Settings, and Log Out
File Upload Status shows you the status of file you are uploading.
Notifications is where you will be notified of completed transmissions or any errors during export/import.
Help Manual will lead you to our User Documentationhas two functions. Go to Documentation will take you to a helpful guide on how to use Webform. The second function Show help fields allows you to enable a help field to appear beside every metadata field in your Simplified or Advanced Form.
Language setting will let you choose from the four languages available to view your interface and/or lists.
Use Log Out function to log/sign out of your account.
14. Your catalogue’s validation score
Validation score of your catalogue by default shows the percentage of titles/records in your catalogue that are valid ONIX records against the records that does not pass ONIX validation. Meaning there are either missing required fields in the record or improper values have been placed in the metadata fields.
Click on the bar to select All Products or Valid Products or Invalid Products to only show the titles you want to see.

15. Page size tab
Page size tab allows you to select the number of title you want to display per page. You can choose to view up to 500 titles per page. This is helpful when you want to select all or large number of your titles to Transmit to BiblioShare or any other trading partners.
