A. The Suppression Date you choose will indicate the first week the title will be eligible to appear on Media Bestseller Lists, if sales are high enough to make the cutoff for the list. It will not be eligible until after the Suppression Date.
For example, if an ISBN’s given suppression date was February 21, 2023:
 | The ISBN would be suppressed for Media Bestseller Lists using data from weeks-ending January 29, February 5, February 12 and February 19. Bestseller Lists using data from Week-ending February 26 would be the first week where the ISBN is no longer suppressed (marked in green) Media Bestseller Lists are generated based on data from the prior week. Lists published the week of February 27th-March 5th will use sales data for the week of February 20-26. |
